Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will conduct
two-day training on “Preparation of Spice Powers and Pickles” on June 9
and 10.
According to the press release here, the
training will cover the preparation of spice powders, ready-to- use
pastes and varieties of pickles, etc.
