The Veterinary College and Research Institute (VC and
RI) has proposed to organise a free veterinary health camp on its
premises at Ramaiyanpatti on June 10
In a statement,
Dean of the college M. Thirunavukkarasu said the veterinary hospital of
VC and RI, which was functioning from Sripuram campus, has been shifted
to its newly established sprawling Ramaiyanpatti premises. Since the new
hospital has been provided with modern facilities, the VC and RI is
conducting special camps for giving treatment to the cattle and hence
farmers can bring their ailing domestic animals to the hospital.
In the camp, cattle will be treated for infertility, Dr. Thirunavukkarasu said.
