Is egg cholestrol harmless for your kid?


new study has good news for egg lovers according to which, eggs' cholesterol neither hurts the heart nor puts your health at risk.

unhealthy due to its cholesterol levels that were regarded dangerous for the heart. The research involved a 20-year study of the dietary habits of 1,000 middle aged men showing that people do not have anything to fear about eggs when it comes to its cholesterol.


It is a known fact to many that dietary cholesterol intake has quite a modest impact on blood cholesterol levels, and cholesterol or egg intakes have not been associated with a higher risk of heart disease in most studies. It also speaks of the assumption that people with the APOE4 gene are more affected by its cholesterol.While the intake has a greater impact on blood cholesterol levels among those with APOE4 (major known genetic risk factor for Alzheimer's disease), the study found no trace of that amongst them, too.
