Quick recipes: Fudge brownie shake

Chef Nita Mehta's Fudge brownie shake.

Winter is setting in, but there’s still time for some fudge brownie shake. Chef Nita Mehta tells us how to whip up a quick shake after a long day’s work.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 chocolate brownie
2 tsp chocolate syrup/sauce as per taste
1½ cups of packaged milk (preferably Tetra Pak milk)
2 tbsp vanilla ice cream
Some ice
Method
*Chill serving glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes. Spoon 1 tsp chocolate syrup/sauce inside a glass on the wall of the chilled glass. Roll the glass to coat it with chocolate syrup. (Chilled glasses hold the sauce better!).
*Cut the brownie into pieces to get about ½ cup cut brownie.
*Put brownie, milk and ice cream in the mixer.
*Add 2 tsp of chocolate syrup. Add some ice cubes or crushed ice. Blend to get a smooth shake. Check sweetness and add more syrup if needed.
*Pour into glasses. Serve immediately
