Winter is setting in, but there’s still time for some fudge brownie shake. Chef Nita Mehta tells us how to whip up a quick shake after a long day’s work.

Ingredients
1 chocolate brownie
2 tsp chocolate syrup/sauce as per taste
1½ cups of packaged milk (preferably Tetra Pak milk)
2 tbsp vanilla ice cream
Some ice

Method
*Chill serving glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes. Spoon 1 tsp chocolate syrup/sauce inside a glass on the wall of the chilled glass. Roll the glass to coat it with chocolate syrup. (Chilled glasses hold the sauce better!).

*Cut the brownie into pieces to get about ½ cup cut brownie.
*Put brownie, milk and ice cream in the mixer.
*Add 2 tsp of chocolate syrup. Add some ice cubes or crushed ice. Blend to get a smooth shake. Check sweetness and add more syrup if needed.
*Pour into glasses. Serve immediately
