TOMATO JUICE Rich tomato juice is considered a superfood.It is a powerful source of Vitamins A, K, B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 as well as minerals like magnesium and iron. The juice has lycopene, which promotes prostrate health, lowers risk of stroke and prevents high cholesterol. When blended with spinach leaves, it can also alleviate constipation. 

KALE-SPINACH Try a glass of green goodness by blending kale with fresh spinach leaves and adding a dash of lemon to it. Kale has omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin K, which boosts the heart and increases nerve and joint health. Kale also has a strong iron content, which helps carry oxygen to the cells and boosts metabolism levels. 

PINEAPPLE-LEMON A single cup of tangy-sweet pineapple juice provides 25 mg of vitamin C, and 33mg of calcium.The fruit is a huge source of bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties. Studies indicate that bromelain also is an effective cancer-fighting agent. In addition, the juice has folate, beta carotene, copper and zinc. The potassium in it promotes healthy functioning of the kidneys.Pineapple also evens out the skin tone and fights acne-based infections. 

CARROT-GINGER One of the smartest combinations you can have in a glass is carrot-ginger juice. Carrot has a carotenoid called beta carotene, which improves skin and eye health and boosts immunity. Carrot juice also has a huge content of vitamin A which improves eyesight as well as vitamin K (helps blood to clot). Adding ginger to it helps relieve nausea. 

WATERMELON-MINT Stay hydrated in this heat with a glass of cold watermelon juice. The fruit has high water content, flavonoids, beta-carotene and other compounds that battle inflammation, as well as fiber. It is also said to decrease muscle soreness. To make it, blend ice cubes with watermelon chunks, ginger and lemon juice.
